Just thought I’d share my favorite piece of Christmas art. I was blessed to view this little jewel of a painting a few years ago at the National Gallery in London. It’s a very small painting, but I found myself drawn back to it several times. It’s difficult to see in this picture of it, but my favorite part is the look of utter surprise on one of the little angel’s faces. God did something that shocked the angels when He invaded our world.
